Editorial Intern

Princeton Architectural Press is looking for a part-time editorial intern for the 2014 fall season and possibly longer. The ideal applicant has knowledge of/interest in architecture, design, and/or graphic design. Preference will be given to those with prior editorial experience and/or a degree in English.

The person hired for this position will assist editors with editorial and production tasks, and must have a keen attention to detail. This is a paid position and the person must be available 20–30 hours per week. Since we are a smaller publisher, they will be able to observe and be a part of many steps of a book's production.

Freelance Editorial Pool

Princeton Architectural Press is always on the lookout for freelance copyeditors and proofreaders with experience in architecture, architecture history, landscape architecture, and urbanism. We are also looking for freelance copyeditors and proofreaders with experience in graphic design.

Preference will be given to those who have taken continuing education classes in copyediting or proofreading or who have a degree in English, and those who have a working knowledge of our titles. It is also helpful if you are located close to New York City (within one day's range for Ground UPS).
